jon: police invesco arrest through the bull and connect with the disappearance of three foreign service one an american. investigators believe they might've fo on the tourist bodis as well. in a well i should say. christina coleman is alive with the latest on that. >> two men and a woman were detained in this disturbing case but also a total of four bodies were found during the search for the three missing surfers. all four bodies were found and a 50-foot deep well. in that mexican state of baja california about 130 miles south of san diego. our fox affiliate in san diego is reportedly fo for the body ws identified as a rancher who went missing several weeks ago but he was reportedly the owner of the property for the four bodies were found. it is unclear how the victims died or if their deaths are all connected. local residents say they are worried about their safety. >> i feel angry, fed up and sad

rescued hundreds of people per photo and video we are seeing out of southeast texas are intense. heavy rain caused floodwaters to rise cars and houses are submerged. teams are rescuing people from rooftops, on a rose, take a look at this video just one of these rescues first responders are saving this elderly man who reportedly was clinging to a tree for hours as the floods left him trapped. the road nearby where he was rescued was a washed out by the torrential rain. the houston area is one of the most flood prone regions of the country many people there live to the devastation caused by hurricane harvey in 2017. despite the devastating damage a lot of people in the area it say they are just relieved their families are safe. >> honestly it's all replaceable. all of our kids are out. our pets are out, we are out. it is replaceable it is okay
